The entire buying experience from beginning to end was fantastic! We aren't RV experts by any means and the entire team at Bourbon RV was patient with us, answered all of our questions and made the buying experience truly AMAZING! We had several delays with the site we were prepping and Bourbon RV worked with us every step of the way. I've certainly walked away from car purchases buying used vs new and felt like a second class citizen. This was certainly not the case here. I felt like everyone at Bourbon RV went above and beyond to make sure that we will love our RV. We originally wanted to see another RV but it was already sold and Sherry recommended this one (which was less expensive than the one I asked about) and it was a perfect fit. Danielle walked us through the RV prior to our purchase and was very thorough. When she didn't know the answer to a question she got Jim, the person that actually worked on our RV to make sure it was good as new for us and he spent quite a bit of time answering questions as well. James in finance didn't make us feel pressured to purchase the extended warranty but made sure to answer all of the questions we had and Steve, who delivered our RV, did a great job parking the RV in a tight spot and also provided insight and recommendations. Traded in our RPOD for a larger trailer, a KZ Connect two weeks ago.Took it on its maiden trip this week and encountered some small problems. Since we were camping so close, we called and asked if the service department would take a look and repair or take a look and make an appointment for the repairs. We got there shortly after the call, Debbie assigned a technician, although you all were short one, and all was repaired in a short amount of time. How wonderful to have a dealer we can depend on! Debbie listened and Josh and Jim rolled up their sleeves and fixed the small annoyances. WE are happy campers and customers! - Craig from Lake Saint Louis, MO
Our salesman’s name was Steve and he was friendly and knew his products and directed us to exactly what we wanted and needed.we bought a sonic 19 ft and we absolutely love it.
After the sale on the day we picked our sonic up Bill the service technician did the best walk through ever. he went over everything and answered every possible question.

My wife and I had been searching for a specific Jayco 5th Wheel and found the exact one we wanted at Bourbon RV. I contacted Bourbon RV via a message and was contacted right away by Steve. I told him what we were looking for and what our trade was. There was no haggling and within a an hour, I was contacted back with a bottom line price and trade-in number. Steve was easy to work with and bent over backwards to help me out. This dealer is 1,832 miles away from me but because of the great customer service I had so for, I took the leap. I drove 3 days there and when I got there I learned that the specific hitch I requested arrived but was missing a piece. The manager Matt told me that he had the part "next day" shipped and that he put me up in a nearby RV park. During my walk through, I learned things about the new trailer and about my old one that was never explained to me by my local dealer. The service manager Josh bent over backwards to get my hitch installed and the trailer ready to leave that day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Customer service is everything to me and I will drive the 1, 832 miles for my next RV just to be treated as well as we were. Great place to do business!! - Greg
